Tseyva pronounced as 't-say-va' comes from the Sanskrit
word 'sayva' meaning service and the T being for Telecommunication.
Their innovative reseller program allows entrepreneurs
a low cost entry platform to launch their own voice
retail business. Currently Tseyva is represented in
over 50 countries through its reseller base. Headquartered
in Singapore, their Network Operations Center (NOC)
and marketing divisions are based in the USA and back
office operations in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Tseyva has
active partnerships with global Tier I carriers and
direct POPs in over 20 countries. Tseyva Pte Ltd is
a privately owned company backed by strong international
investors with a rapidly expanding market share globally.

The ideal candidate would be on level one Tech support and would be interacting with customers. The challenges would be to detect and resolve network and service related problems within a specific period of time. The target would be to monitor traffic patterns and network performance to maintain maximum service availability and high quality of service. Candidate should also be flexible to work on a shift basis. Based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Should be dynamic, aggressive, intelligent and should poses analytical problem solving skills.

Knowledge of networking, Credit Pass or above for Pure/Applied Mathematics and Physics in A/L or equivalent is a must.
-
Good communication skills in English and the ability to work under pressure is essential.

Prior experience or knowledge on Telephony, VoIP and Network Operations would be an advantage.

Knowledge of Unix/Linux, TCP/IP, H323 and SIP would be advantage.
